Rental cottages of Keto-Mökit

Keto-Mökit are in use around the year and can be rented during summer for a week or for a longer period. During the winter, short-term rentals are also possible. The Kelo cottage can be rented short-term during the summer as well.

At the cottage

The cottage will be presented and the keys handed over to the customer personally. The cottage is available for the customer’s use from 15.00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival till 12.00 (noon) on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The cottage rent includes the use of the cottage, the cottage’s sauna and free use of the boat – not to be used in the rapid.

Features

The cottage rent includes furniture, cookware, dining dishes and utensils, fuel for heating, cooking and lighting. Mattresses, duvets and pillows are included in the rent. The customer must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towels can also be rented for 5 euro/customer. A children’s travel bed and a baby chair can be used free of charge (must be requested in advance).


Each cottage has a sauna, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and water kettle, fridge-freezer, dishes, TV and a CD player, a DVD player is available on request. Each cottage also has a barbecue area. Good drinking water comes from the cottage’s own well.

Cleaning

During and at the end of the holiday the customers must clean the cottage themselves. Keto-Mökit also offers a paid cleaning service. If the cottage has not been cleaned at the end of the reservation and the owner must take care of the cleaning before the next customer arrives, the owner has the right to charge a 60-200 euro (incl. VAT) cleaning fee, depending on the cottage.

Rental rules & things to consider

The cottage can only be used by as many persons as agreed; extra people are charged 10 euro/person/day. It is forbidden to use a tent or a caravan without the owner’s permission. Pets MUST be agreed upon with the owner beforehand and mess or possible damages caused by them must be compensated for. Animals must be kept on a leash.


It is absolutely forbidden to smoke indoors!

Compensation for damages

The customer must compensate for damages caused to the cottage or its movables directly to the owner. The owner must be notified of damages immediately.

Complaints and comments

All complaints and comments related to the holiday resort must be made immediately after the cause of them has occurred, and during the holiday they must be made directly to the owner.
