Reservation terms

Booking, payment & check-in / check-out

• The cottage is available for the customer’s use from 15.00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival till 12.00 (noon) on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
• The rent is most times paid beforehand with invoice
• The reservation fee is 20 % of the rental price
• The reservation fee must be paid by the due date
• If the retainer or final payment is not paid by the due date, Keto-Mökit has the right to cancel the reservation and set the cottage back on the available list
• The retainer will not be paid back
• If the reservation starts in less than 3 weeks, a separate retainer will not be collected but the whole sum will be charged in one go
• If the cottage is rented for a period lasting less than a week, a separate retainer will not be collected but the whole sum will be charged in one go
• The retainer in its entirety is seen as a part payment of the rent

Cancellation

• Cancelling a reservation must always be made in writing (by email or letter)
• If the cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before the reservation’s start, the customer will be charged the whole rental price (unless if the cottage will be rented to someone else, but even in this case the retainer will not be paid back)
